sIRYN

BIO

***SARA PICHELLI currently lives in Rome, Italy. She has worked in the local animation industry as storyboard artist and character designer for a couple of years before taking a chance on the comic business. In 2007 she did a short story for an Italian publisher, and then as a layout assistant for David Messina on the Star Trek series for the IDW Publishing.

In April of 2008 she was one the winners of the "Chesterquest" international talent search and since worked for Marvel Comics on titles like NYX, Eternals, X-Men Manifest Destiny: Dazzler, and Runaways. She's currently working on the new X-Men: Pixie title.

She draws digitally and on paper - with pencils, pens, and brushes. She's definitely restless and she still doesn't know if that's a good thing.

***SARA PICHELLI vive a Roma,dove ha frequentato un corso di animazione tradizionale e 3d presso la Scuola Internazionale di Comics.Dopo il diploma ha lavorato per un paio di anni nel mondo
dell'animazione come storyboarder e character designer,fino al 2007 quando realizza la sua prima breve storia a fumetti ( all'interno dell'antologia "Sesso col cotello" ) per la Cut-up edizioni.
fino al 2008 lavora come layout assistant per David Messina sulla serie di Star Trek per la IDW Publishing.
Nell'aprile 2008 viene selezionata come una dei vincitori del "Chesterquest",e da allora lavora per la Marvel ( NYX,Eternals,X-Men Manifest Destiny:Dazzler,Runaways,new X.Men:Pixie,etc...).
Sara lavora digitalmente,su carta,usa matita,pennarello,pennello,cintiq e qualsiasi strumento esistente o non ancora inventato,è decisamente irrequieta,ed ancora non ha deciso se è una cosa buona o meno.
